Ticket Policies

  • ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
  • SLOC Musical Theater does not offer refunds for any ticket purchases. Dates, times, and events are subject to change.
  • No retroactive discounts or adjustments will be granted under any circumstances.
  • Each person REGARDLESS OF AGE must have a valid ticket to enter a performance.

TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Ticket exchanges may be requested for a different performance of the same production and are subject to availability.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact the SLOC Box Office at 518-730-7370 or email tickets@sloctheater.org.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the original performance time. This policy allows SLOC sufficient time to resell exchanged tickets.
  • If the new performance or seating selection carries a higher ticket price, the difference will be charged at the time of the exchange.
  • CHECK YOUR TICKETS carefully for the correct date, time and seat location. SLOC is not responsible for errors not reported within 24 hours of receipt.

WEATHER POLICY

  • Performances will proceed as scheduled unless officially canceled by SLOC Musical Theater. Patrons who choose not to attend due to adverse weather conditions will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange.
  • If SLOC cancels a performance, ticket holders may exchange tickets to a different performance of the same production, receive a credit toward a future SLOC production, or request a refund of the ticket price for the affected performance; however, any associated ticketing fees are non-refundable.

TICKETING AND SERVICE FEES

  • Online – 5% plus $.85 processing fee per ticket is charged by our ticketing platform for credit card orders.
  • Box Office (Phone or In Person) – No fee

The use of cameras, audio recording devices, video equipment, or cell phone cameras is strictly prohibited during any performance due to licensing restrictions.

GROUP TICKETS

  • $5 per ticket discount from the standard ticket price offered on the purchase of 10 or more tickets to the same production in a single order. 
  • Discount is automatically applied through the online ticketing platform.  Contact the box office for additional assistance.

STUDENT RUSH TICKETS

  • Student Rush tickets are $15 and offered only at the door 30 minutes prior to curtain with a valid Student ID. Advance reservations for student rush tickets will not be accepted.
  • Student Rush Tickets are not available for sold out performances.
