A couple of things about our ticketing system may have changed since the last time you were here:

  • You no longer need to log in with a username and password.  Your orders will be linked by just your email address.  To access previous orders, tickets, subscriptions, and flex passes, click on the My Account link on the top right of the ticketing page and enter your email to get a one time access code emailed to you.
  • Redeeming a FlexPass? Click Sign In and enter the pass number you received at the time of purchase OR you can click My Account. 
  • Confirmation emails will be sent from orders@ludus.com.  If you don’t see a confirmation email right away, check your spam or junk folder.
