Each person REGARDLESS OF AGE must have a valid ticket to enter a performance.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued.
Events, dates and times are subject to change. No retroactive discounts will be permitted. Patrons who choose not to attend a performance, despite adverse weather conditions, will not be eligible for ticket refunds or credit.

EXCHANGES are subject to the following conditions:
Tickets may be exchanged to a different performance of the same production by simply calling the Schenectady Light Opera Company Box Office at 518-730-7370.
An exchange fee will be applied as follows:
-Subscription tickets: No Charge
-Non-Subscription tickets: may have a fee per ticket
-Please retain your original tickets to redeem your new tickets upon presentation at the Schenectady Light Opera Company Box Office.

Requests for ticket exchanges will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the performance date/time of the tickets you are holding. This provides the SLOC Box Office the opportunity to resell the exchanged tickets. The difference in ticket price will be charged when upgrading your tickets to a more expensive night or seat.

In the event that Schenectady Light Opera cancels a performance for any reason, Schenectady Light Opera will refund the ticket price to the ticket holders for that performance. Any fees associated with the ticket will not be refunded.

The use of cameras, audio, or visual recording equipment, including cell phone cameras, are strictly prohibited inside the theater.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF OUR BUILDINGS.

Ticketing and Service Fees

• Online – 5% plus $.80 processing fee per ticket is charged by our ticketing platform for credit card orders.
• Box Office (Phone or In Person) – No fee

Group Orders – $5 per ticket discount from the standard ticket price offered on the purchase of 10 or more tickets to the same production in a single order.  Discount is automatically applied through the online ticketing platform.  Contact the box office for additional assistance.

Student Tickets – Student Rush tickets are $15 and offered only at the door 30 minutes prior to curtain with a valid Student ID. Advance reservations for the student discount will not be accepted.
