David J. Wilkinson

January 13, 1961 – March 7, 2025

. In community theater, David was a well-respected sound designer and operator. David started with the Unitarian Church in Schenectady as their sound designer. David served as sound chairman for the Schenectady Light Opera Company (SLOC) and did lights, sound, and set construction for several SLOC and Schenectady Civic Players shows. David also was a professional disc jockey, primarily for weddings. His family fondly remembers his disc jockey services at his parents 50th Anniversary party.

David was also an excellent violinist, performing with several orchestras, usually occupying the first chair violin position.

 Thank you, David, for your service to SLOC. We will remember you. Rest in peace.
